What is included

• Non-refundable round trip ticket on Pegasus or Ajet Airlines. Other airline options such as Turkish Airlines or Middle East Airlines are also available.
• Airport taxes
• Baggage allowance: 20 kg with Pegasus. To be rechecked case by case.
• 3 nights accommodation at the chosen hotel with breakfast

What is not included

• Round trip transfers:
• Quoted case by case as the client can choose between:
• Private transfer
• Shared transfer. Client may wait for others on arrival and experience multiple hotel pick-ups on departure.
• Optional travel and cancellation insurance. Quoted case by case.
• Visa for non-Lebanese passport holders. Lebanese passports must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Any early check-in or late check-out. Standard check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00.
• Optional tours upon request such as: City Tour, Sapanca, Şile & Ağva, Bursa, Bosphorus Arabic Night, Princes’ Islands Tour.

Good to know

• Triple rooms in most hotels are considered too tight. We usually do not recommend triple rooms in Istanbul.
• A triple room is considered as a double + extra bed.
• Child rate applies only when the child is the 3rd person in the room. Parents will pay the double room rate.
• Few hotels in Istanbul have swimming pools, and most charge entrance fees.
• Most hotels request a deposit upon check-in for extra services.

Payment Conditions

• 50% deposit upon reservation (non-refundable). Applicable only if the 50% is at least 300 USD per person.
• Remaining 50% to be paid 15 days before departure or upon package delivery, whichever comes first.
• In case of force majeure, cancellation follows the policies of the hotel and the airlines. In case of full refund, the agency service fee of 50$ is non-refundable under any circumstance.
